This 1939 Ford 5 Window Coupe restoration is done with absolutely no rust anywhere, no leaks from body or drive-train, and it's an "All Steel" beauty "done ground up" the "Old School Way." The engine is a High Output 302 kicking out over 500 HP from the crankshaft with a delivery system using a matching 5 speed manual transmission and a narrowed 9 inch diff with 355 gears attached to the rear wheel needs. The rear leaf springs are Posies with brakes on the rear using traditional drum format and disc style brakes on the front complimenting a T.C.I. Front End. Radiator is Aluminum with electric fan. Only 8,000 miles since the modified restoration completed 2 years ago.
Inside this 4 wheeled beauty is a tilt steering column with Momo steering wheel and Stewart Warner gauges set in the dash with all new wiring throughout the vehicle. The exterior detailing and appearance is complimented by shaved door handles and polished aluminum slotted rims. Passenger A/C (air flow cooling) is old school tilt window and cowl vent style that was typical in the 1930's and 40's. Ya, go ahead and laugh, but it's COOL!!! This car tracks great on the road and is spectacular to drive.
